tips on self inducing vomiting?

so the other day i went to jack int he box and i ate..

1 ultimate bacon cheeseburger
1 sourdough jack
5 chicken strips with ranch
6 tacos with no lettuce
1 large fries
1 large coke
1 large chocolate shake


after i ate all this obviously i wasnt feeling so good and i tried to induce vomiting. tried and tried and i failed . do any of you have any pointers . anything would help ..

Poop in the toilet. Stare at and smell said poop. Maybe squish some of it with your hand if that doesn't work
