Default This is a super easy bet/fold isn\'t it?

6th hand of a micro limit 6 max game.

I open OTB with A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], SB folds and BB calls.

Flop(2 for 4 bets): T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Check, bet, call.

Turn(2 for 3 bets): 4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Check, bet, call.

River(2 for 5 bets): A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Check, bet, check raised and I fold.

I suppose so. He could've bluffed/semi-bluffed earlier on a decent board and didn't, so it increases the likelihood he's passive. Really all you can hope for is another ace to chop with and I'm not sure if it's that 1 in 4 times. If you had AK, I think it'd be a tougher decision.

i dunno dude. I think you will see another naked A here enough to call. And I doubt it is AK or AQ.

I'd call, but I suck at bet folds.

I think this is a good spot to fold against an unknown. I don't think you see another naked A here enough to call, certainly because you only get half the pot if you are right.

I think I alwasy bet this BBB. :s Are you saying Qx would have raised earlier? You don't think PPs will call down here?

Am I correct in thinking that, getting 8:1, you need to be ~25% sure he has an Ace (Ax < Q obv.) if we plan on chopping?

I'm bet folding here against an unknown. The average player will pay off a bet with a lesser hand and will not bluff check raise. You make enough to make this profitable as long as you don't pay off the check raises.

Against a TAG or LAG where you can't be sure that the c/r means a real hand then checking behind may be better.

the bd flush came in, the oesd came in, and we have top pair no kicker on a paired board

what worse hands are calling our bet except maybe qx?
