Yes this means he overcalls all the time probably and never believes people. I don't get why high AF=loose and low AF=tight when the stat has nothing to do with that. high AF means they raise a lot and call little low AF means they call a lot and raise little. If he's playing a lot of hands and overcalling it could easily just be that he calls way too much and doesn't raise enough but is a megafish.

Also, how many hands is this over? Agression factor takes at least 300-500 hands, at least, to even out in my experience. I will often go through a session with a villain and notice that their agression is totally off their mark from their mined stats and have gone through streaks myself where my AF varies from 2-6.5 during a 1-3k hand session.

Easy fold imo, don`t think there is much you beat that is firing both streets when his aggro is only 1.5. Aggro of 2.5 I would be more likely to take the lines suggested above
