Def reraise. I'd raise this up preflop instead of limping as well. You might actually have some fold equity here.

I've got 60.93% vs the dry nuts. AWW EEEN. Just out of interest, what table name was this. I might have been at the table, but missed it due to multitabling. Curious to see the outcome!

Edit: the half pot size bet MAY be a top set, if the player is straight forward for these stakes. Against a dry top set, we're roughly 51%. Still, I say ship it in there, your combined equity is excellent.
