why no raisy daisy on the flop? you afraid he'll fold? he might think you're FOS and give you action with top or middle pair or 99+ (if he doesn't 3-bet pf with those)

raise flop, as played it's ok. obv call river, he has A7 or complete air lot of the time

Def raise flop, but calling down is best as played.

I cannot think of a form of poker in which it is wise to slowplay one pair postflop. Raise flop. I disagree with 'as played it's ok', not raising the flop here is a huge mistake bound to cost you lots of money if you keep repeating it.

By "as played its ok" i meant that once you call the flop, I think calling down/betting if he checks is best. However, raising the flop is best, and the hand plays differently from there.
