Canadians and the two new books (SnG book and PNLH)

I ordered a bunch of these books for my friends and I on the day they came out. Amazon.ca says they will be delivered in late August. I am considering canceling my order and ordering through Amazon.com, as I the American site has been faster before (Harrington's books)

Have any Canadians received the books at all? If so, who did you buy them from?

Got mine in 2 days from Conjelco, fedex, but $32 in shipping.

Worse for me. I had pre-ordered the book and today I received an email that it won't be shipped until September 04. Very unhappy with amazon.ca. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I canceled Amazon.ca, and ordered last night from Conjelco. Shipped already, should be in my hands by Friday.

Strange, those dates are somewhat random and meaningless; I ordered on July 27th; and told they'd ship on August 27th-29th.

Other publishers and authors outside of 2+2 should be thanking Mason for releasing only two books at this time, as some buyers search for the third book to obtain the supersavings free shipping, lol.

Mason could have set the price a bit higher so as to necessitate only two books required to obtain the free shipping (at $39, but these books fall $2.36 short for Canadians) but he loves the publishing business and he's generous. What a lovable guy!
