I call but you're probably right in the middle of his range.

You need 47% equity to break even on a call.

Board: 4d Qd Td
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 55.627% 55.38% 00.24% 43863 193.50 { AdJh }
Hand 1: 44.373% 44.13% 00.24% 34950 193.50 { ThTs, 9c9d, 9d9h, 9d9s, 4h4s, AQs, KJs+, QTs+, 9c8c, 9h8h, 9s8s, 9d7d, 8d7d, 8d6d, 7d6d, 7d5d, 6d5d, 6d3d, 5d3d, 4d3d, 3d2d, AQo, KJo+, KdTc, KdTh, KdTs, QTo+, JdTc, JdTh, JdTs, JhTd, Jd9c, Jd9h, Jd9s, 9d7c, 9d7h, 9d7s }

Looks like a call to me, especially since some of the range is unrealistic (like hes shoving 2pair/set/flushes here, he would go for a CRAI IMO).

I see this being a set/low flush/two pair alot of the times in low stakes, while another combo draw would more likely c/r.
No way im calling 128$ with 5$ invested.
