villian is 47/5/0.5 and i have him as calling station light, usually folds to 2nd barrel but folds to scare card

Stacks are really awkward on the turn. I think you have to push or check, and against this player I'd prefer a push. As played, you're beating nothing and he's awfully passive, but if you fold you'll need to be aware of the metagame implications.

While this is a clear fold in a vacuum, other players at the table will see that you just folded for $82 in a $251 pot and may be more likely to play back at you in the future.

Wait, are you saying people who are paying attention are going to be more likely to check call to the river and then try to bluff any scare card since they saw our hero make a fairly easy fold when getting pretty good odds? Not trying to be sarcastic or anything, just curious how you think onlookers will adapt and try to exploit what they saw in this hand and what you think our hero should do himself to counter any possible adjustments onlookers may or may not be making.

a good player who is paying attention would try to bluff you on scarecards for cheap. to combat this you'd want to know who was paying attention and call down more lightly against them.
