Dump it. He's bet twice on a ridiculous flop. He's making it easy for you to fold IMO. If you play with him more and you can get a better read the story might change, but I see no reason to keep going with this hand.

Only hand in his narrowed range that you beat is A8. You challenged his donk bet and he laughed in your face. I'd fold without a stronger read.

I had a 48/10/3 do this to me and show Q5o or something. He had a habit of donking the flop a lot too so I suspected him of air when he bet the flop. I just never think these guys are capable of good/retarded bluffs.
Then again he said nice fold with QQ. Lol.... |

Not sure a 48:10 will lead 88 here, but his 3bet looks like hes not after a fold from you. But calling puts you in a gross spot on the turn so I would be done with the hand. Out of interest how do people play higher pairs in this same hand?
