I think you have to decide on the turn if you are going to go with your hand or not. Either push turn or call turn and call river or simply fold turn. Either have merits against the right opponent. Bottom two in a multiway limped pot is not that great of a hand, so I think you can fold turn and not worry too much about it. But if I for some reason think I am ahead often I would push turn as my default.
