Default \'Common\' spot: flop baby flush, turn another flushcard

For example this hand:

PokerStars 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
3 folds, MP2 raises, 1 fold, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, Button folds, Hero raises, MP2 calls.

Turn: (5.25 BB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

What's my line from here against a:

1. TAG
2. Loose passive
3. Unknown
4. Tight passive
5. You

against an unknown in this situation i probably b/c, c/c the river. this is assuming the typical aggressive online game. an opponent raising from late MP is often stealing and that means he is capable of loose aggression in certain spots. infer that this habit is translated to postflop play a good portion of the time. given the way alot of "typical" players are playing online today, it is reasonable that a fairly wide range of holdings may play aggressively and try to push us off of our hand given the scary board. at least often enough to show this down HU OOP against all but a tightpassive or a loosepassive showing tremendous aggression. against myself, hell yeah i'm showing it down.
