10/20 HU nl Ft

Well I just started playing this guy HU for about 10 minutes now. He seemed pretty tight and after he shoved he showed me a full house after I thought about calling ( didnt no setup for bluff next time).

So I got dealt KA in SB and I raise to 60. He re raises me to 180. I call

Flop A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

He bets 200 and I call

At this point I have 1.9k and villian covers

Turn: 3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and he just shoves.

Now I was very confused and never thought this would come with thay turn.

What should I put him on, and did I play this correct?

looks like a fold with KA. although with AK its definately a call

Heh but he's telling you the truth. the show KA sucks so bad in comparison to any other cirque show. i wouldnt give this two thoughts and muck the KA

Really? We were gonna see it but couldn't get tickets. Did you see "O" or "Love"? I thought Love was AWESOME

ive seen O and zumanity, with O easily being the best show ive seen in vegas so far. ive heard Love and mystere are the best ones though

Love has to be the best. Only other I saw was zumanity, and that was not close at all.

OP I'd probably end up calling just cos wtf?

why not repop the flop to see where youre at? what was your plan for a blank turn, call if villain bets or bet if he checks?

villains line is very strange for a dry board like this. what is he expecting you to call here with? i dont believe he would do this with a set, that would seem like missing a lot of value from random aces you might have.

if we remove sets from his range the only reasonable hands left that beat you are A8, AJ (,J8) - but these hands dont really fit in a tight players 3bet range do they? also, shoving the turn with these hands doesnt make sense either.

i think hes trying to make you lay down an ace (or any other weakish hand). he has KK/QQ, call.

the other option is that he wants us to think like this and is trying to induce a hero call from Ax hands while he has a set.
