$200nl 6Max/Are we expecting too much to get a call here?
Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)
Hero (SB): $198.00 BB: $378.49 UTG: $452.76 CO: $199.00 BTN: $674.05 Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players) UTG folds, <font color="red">CO raises to $8.00</font>, BTN folds, Hero calls $7.00, BB calls $6.00 Flop: ($24) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players) Hero checks, BB checks, <font color="red">CO bets $21.00</font>, Hero calls $21.00, BB folds Turn: ($66) T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players) <font color="red">Hero bets $25.00</font>, CO calls $25.00 River: ($116) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players) <font color="red">Hero bets $75.00</font>, CO folds Pot Size: $191.00 Few orbits later i asked player and they said they folded JJ which i put them on after the turn call(Milker value bet)had them on JJ+ How can you best play these spots.... My thoughts on flop was i may be behind so i planned to call and see what he does on turn if it was a blank and he fires again im 80% of the time folding to this player as he is that tight. I felt that if i bet big on turn he may release early so if i drop a milker bet in it builds the pot so he might feel more commited to call the river with the pot being bigger. Smaller river bet? Myslef though the small bet on turn then big bet on river would look weak as im trying to scare him off but he didnt bite How can i best plat these spots other than folding preflop |

Fold PF or 3bet depending on villain. I may donk turn for $40. On the river you aren't getting any value from villain unless you bet $30-40.

I think I just let the turn get checked through and make a bigger value bet on the river. Probably 50ish.

Re: $200nl 6Max/Are we expecting too much to get a call here?
There is little value in calling PF.
I like the turn donk, but you might be able to get away with firing more. On the river, I either bet $30-40 or shove (usually $30-40). With the $75 bet, your hand is somewhat face-up. The turn could be seen as a small value bet or a bad bluff. So on the river, you should either bet something that he feels priced in to call, or something really big that he would feel looks 'bluffy'. |

And i fold this to this type of player preflop but i was just in a station mode(was frustrated on just losing KK and QQ on other table) |
