Comeback session - How'd I play this hand?

Haven't played in a couple months. Used to play 5/10 on the internet but work and school haven't given me much free time lately.

At the Taj yesterday playing 1/2. Have been there maybe 3 hours, nothing much yet. Won a few decent pots with no showdowns. Up to around $390 from a $300 buy-in. Players probably view me as pretty tight because I've been card dead for the last hour.

Main villian (MV) has around $700. Plays pretty decent, haven't seen him make any major mistakes. Maybe a little on the loose side preflop but hasn't paid anyone off yet.

Preflop: 1 limper, MV limps, button raises to 7. I'm in the SB with J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I call, BB raises to $20, first limper folds, MV calls, button calls, I call.

Flop (3 players, $82): J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I check, BB bets $25, MV calls, button calls, I raise to $150, MV thinks for awhile, then calls. Button then thinks for awhile but folds.
