(3bet pot) TPGK, now what? - nl200
I have only 30 hands or so on villian, so there's nothing to tell u guys. No history between us, and, if he has paying atention, i'm playing very tight.
Full Tilt Poker No Limit Hold'em Cash Game $1/$2 Blinds 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter) Hero (SB): $198.00 BB: $224.70 UTG: $56.55 CO: $197.00 BTN: $228.60 Preflop: Hero is dealt J A (5 Players) UTG folds, CO raises to $7.00, BTN calls $7.00, Hero raises to $30.00, BB folds, CO folds, BTN calls $23.00 Flop: ($69) 5 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players) Hero? What's our plan for this hand? Wich one is better against an unknow? c/c,c/r,b/c or b/f? Are we felting this hand? Can we fold this at any point? Would your answer change if u know that villian is a winner regular? |

You could go for some pot control.
You're probably only valuestacking yourself if you start firing. |

Re: (3bet pot) TPGK, now what? - nl200
bet45/fold was my initial thought, since hes never calling a 3bet with AT or less imho. i doubt hes calling with 33/55 either though since it must be clear to him he doesn't have set value.
However, then i thought that maybe hes calling with suited connectors and just shoving when he flops 9outs+. And AK probably 4bets preflop given that you are probably running atleast 22/18. So AQ seems like the only hand that he could have that you dont beat? |

I think either checking the flop with the intention of calling at least one bet and betting turn/riv if he checks behind or altertnatively betting $40 and then not putting much more money in unless he checks turn, in which case I would value bet the river, are both options. Personally I don't mind checking here agaisnt an unknown.
