Default Straight on a flush board - blind battle

Villain is 19/15/4. No history.
What is the best line on the river: bet\fold, bet\call, check\call?

I like c/c here. I think there are more hands that an aggressive villain will bet trying to represent the flush then he will call with when we bet.

If I think villain is good enough to see a small bet as a blockbet here I'd try to fake that, betting $20 and hope he comes over the top with nothing.

cr the turn to about $70 and fold to a 3 bet. I'd probably bet more on the flop..like $12-$13.

The ultimate scare card just fell on the turn. We check/called as if we were worried about it. To lead out on the river undermines our turn play. So, given the turn, I would check/call the river.

I prefer betting at the turn scare card though, and betting the river if we're called. We're more likely to get value from our hand, otherwise we're relying on our opponent to make a poor river bet (given our hand anyway, and probably our range here)

Don't get it. This will turn my hand into a total bluff.
