Default NL100 Weird play on partypoker

At the flop I raise his bet because I want to see where i stand. Turn is a scarecard so i bet after he checks. At the river i cb because every King makes a straight now. Does someone bet the river? I wouldn't have called a bet here with AF 0.7. What can he hold here? Remember this is partypoker...

I like a bet of like 45-65 here. Villain is really bad, which means 2 things. 1- He is going to bet a straight on the river if he made it. 2- He'll call w/ worse.

I'm pretty sure you can get value for your hand. But there is a downside. If you get raised you have to call and you're probably behind.

There is definitely hands that call you here and you can fold out better hands so bet.
