Default Can you ever fold here?

villian is tight like 16/13ish semi reg
I know I know never fold a set bla bla bla...but after he CC out of BB and plays it so transparently can anyone find a fold on the river?

when the BB CCs.. and then flats the flop... that scares the [censored] outta me b/c he should be raising/shoving AK and folding all weaker hands..esp cuz I know he is very tight I was unsure how to play it
