Compromised VPN password

I'm just wondering this out of curiosity. Say a guy finds out the login details to a VPN (unencrypted) I'm using. Can he use that to hack into my computer?

But he might be able to monitor enough of the data stream to breach your security eventually. Depends on what you push through the tunnel.
