Default 100 NL - Squeeze play gone haywire

This was my first squeeze play attempt at this table, and it didn't work very well at all lol. What would you do on the flop?

MP2: $41.60
MP3: $70.10

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9c As (9 Players)
UTG raises to $2.00, UTG+1 calls $2.00, MP1 calls $2.00, MP2 folds, MP3 calls $2.00, CO folds, BTN calls $2.00, SB calls $1.50, Hero raises to $16.00, UTG folds, UTG+1 calls $14.00, MP1 calls $14.00, MP3 calls $14.00, BTN calls $14.00, SB calls $14.00

Would have been nice to see 9-9-6.
Well, you cant just call, that would be bad. Id say min.raise it and follow through. Your probably behind here regardless, if anyone plays back, fold.

You and I think a lot alike MCE, that is what I did, but wasn't so sure it was such a great move with that many players in the hand.

Its not the best situation, but you showed a big hand preflop, so now you still are repping it. If you ran into an overpair that would be tough. U can still pull ahead if behind anyway vs. SB
These arent fun spots, but they happen. Howd it turn out?

I mini-raised the SB's bet, everyone else folded and SB showed 8,8. Turn ace, river blank and I raked the pot lol.

The next thing to do is add those players to your buddy list.

The original minraiser folded. that is funny to me.
