It's very unusual for a TAG/nit to do this - unless it's a misclick. One question. Why would he do this (on purpose) with AA or KK? Against a bad player, I call every time with QQ. Against this guy, I probably look for a better spot.

Full Tilt has a "max bet" button, so a misclick is possible.

I'd fold this though, unless he was tilting.
