Default Does this \"job opportunity\" sound shady?

I got an email the other day asking if I wanted to do online surveys for cash. I went to their website to take a look at it, and they send you jobs after you sign up and register for a $10 fee. Sounds a bit shady to me. Thoughts?

if you send me 10 dollars, I'll look over a bunch of sites like this and tell you if they are scams.

There used to a website that paid you like 50 cents an hour to browse ads. Maybe you could find them.
