Default Cost of books direct from 2+2

I generally order my poker books directly from 2+2. I prefer to put the money in the pocket of the company and cut out the middle men. I just started to process an order for PNL Vol 1 and found that it was almost twice as expensive here (mostly due to S&H costs) then from other venues. Is there any reason why it is not more competitive?

Its generally a bad business practice for the company to undercut the middleman. hence s&h charges.
