trying to find push strategy
I searched but could not find it, I remember reading a Push strategy, somewhere on this website or another. It uses points added up whether or not to push, based on stack size hand position, etc. Anyone have a link for this?
thx |

Buy Tournament Poker for Advances Players. It's called Sklansky system.
Also, it doesn't work well online :P. |

Re: trying to find push strategy
I think best for analyzing these push situations is a software called SnG Power Tools.
Its about $80 but worth it's money |

Re: trying to find push strategy
SNG Endgame Tools is free and does pretty much the same thing, only better. Remember to not use $EV though (can't remember if that's possible in SNGET, don't have it here).

Re: trying to find push strategy
sure it does
as a prober push strategy is needed in the late stages of a tournament, where the blinds are high, this becomes more and more similar to SnG. The program just calculates a push or even a call to a push if its +EV or -EV against a specific opponent (tight/loose/ultra loose). So I use it often to analyze these low M situations. Just try it out yourself - you can download a not full functional version. |
