Default JJ w/ fd, turn help plz

This seems like a fairly common spot.. not sure what to do.. check/fold seems too weak.. bet/fold?
Let me know what you think. No reads on villian.

I personally would have bet more/potted the flop.

As played, I think b/f is probably best without any reads.

i think c/f is fine here. he did call a big cbet with two others left to act. good chance the turn card completed his hand.
