Default Daniel Negreanu Commercial - online configuration question

In one of his commercials, there is a short cut where he is sitting on a couch playing online. He has a funny looking contraption on his left index finger. It is some sort of a mouse I guess, but I was wondering what specific functions it might perform.

In the end, I suppose this could also be a thread (in the wrong forum) regarding how people configure their setup to play online.

Thanks in advance.

it's probably just a hand held mouse. he has one in particular that he really raves about. it's got a little trackball on it.

In doctor's office recently, I saw a Popular Mechanics magazine. It was a "best inventions" issue, and included a 3-dimensional mouse.

You wear it on your finger, like a ring, and point it at the screen, moving your finger up or down just like you would move a mouse forward or backward on a pad.

You point (move the "mouse" forward in space) to click on something. I just had time to scan the story. I don't know any more than that, or the date of the issue.

About a couple of months ago, Daniel stated that he didn't like online poker that much because it didn't feel "real." Well, there goes that argument .
