fold quickly and please fold preflop. The fact that he's check/raising a bettor and a caller small makes his hand seem all that much more stronger. If you were HU this would be close and may even be a fold HU.

Just because you've been playing tight doesn't mean you can steal with any two, although you can loosen up somewhat. As played, I fold the turn.

BB is too loose for you to raise this hand PF. Both need to be meganits to raise. Turn is close. You can beat a bluff and some incredibly donktastic play with Ax or a flush draw and a pair. Going to need a read to call this, he has to be terrible.
