how bad is the Gold strike

has anyone stayed there who can report on how bad the rooms are? im not picky but would prefer something at least comforatable and sanitary. how about the El Cortez?

The Gold Strike in Tunica, Miss is pretty nice.

I've stayed at the Gold Coast in Vegas and it's not-horrible rooms at a not-horrible price...and that's about it.

There is a Gold Strike in Jean, NV, which is about 20 miles south of Las Vegas.

it is in downtown vegas and the reviews online range from scummy and dirty to very nice and clean. it is very cheap.

There was a Gold Spike in Downtown Vegas, next to the Lady Luck, back in the day (1990's). Probably still there.

If that's the place your asking about, it makes the El Cortez look like The Bellagio.
