The Official Bracket

Payout
$79,750 for 1st. $39,875 for 2nd. $19938 and $19938 for 3rd and 4th.

Final Rules
-$5000 buy in. $500 taken out of total prizepool for compensation for tourney manager.

-32 person Single Elimination Tournament, random seeding.

-300BB Freezeout, with no escalating blinds.

-Matches will be best of 3 300bb matches.

-If both players agree to pause the match, just make sure there are no disagreements.

-If players decide to pause the match for an extended period of time, take note of chip counts, and end the tournament. Stars does not like us leaving the tables open when not in use.

-Before your match starts, please post the time and site so we can railbird and berate you.

-Missing deadlines will be penalized by forfeit from the tournament, by the offending party. If there is a dispute as to who the offending party is, the tournament manager (Gildwulf) will attempt to resolve the issue as fairly as possible. The tournament manager (Gildwulf) will have the final word, in these matters.

Stars Tables
The tables will be labeled "Special Heads Up Matches" on the Stars Tourney->Private tab.

Deadlines
Two weeks per round, until quarterfinals.
From Round 3 onward, rounds will be three weeks.

Official Start date: July 24, 2007

Round 1 End Date: August 7, 2007

Once people have paid, withdrawing will be equivalent to a forfeit.

All participants are expected to keep room in their PM box, and to check this thread regularly.
