FTP support issues

I have been having some serious Full tilt support issues, they have not got back to me in over 2 days. They advertise 24hr support so then why is it taking them so long to get back to me.

Is there anyway i can contact them via phone or email someone directly?

I would post this on the FTP forums but i am unable ot log on.

check the forum here, and see how many issues there are with FTP.

They usually take 2-3 days to reply. This is standard. Yes it's like of false advertising when they say they have 24/7 support.

2-3 days would make me happy.

yep

unfortunately, FT has become the new party poker in regards to worst customer service in the industry, but at least party poker took 1-2 hrs to respond...

Any comments on this FTPDoug ???

I have been posting quite a bit about this lately.
The support is insultingly bad.
I waited a week before they carried out a simple request for me a few weeks back, with no correspondence at all.
Now I have waited days for them to set my account up to withdraw by check.
Something is rotten inside that company, and I will never play there again. Luckily I don't live in USA so I have a choice.
