villain seems pretty solid, but he only raises 4% from BB

I folded river in the first hand.
Opponent (same guy) has been tough and aggressive. My image is weak-tight. What do you think of this hand? hero has 150, villain covers. I'm in sb w Ah7c. I raise to 3 he calls. flop($6): 6c 5c 2s he checks, I bet 6, he calls. turn($18): 6c 5c 2s Ad he checks, I bet 16, he calls. river($50): 6c 5c 2s Ad 3c villain thinks for a little bit, bets 30. What do you do now? WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW HU FORUM????
