onlinepoker in der schweiz illegal? eurobet account gesperrt

seit ein paar tagen kann ich mich bei eurobetpoker (ongame network) nicht mehr einloggen - weder auf der website noch im poker-client.

auf meine e-mail bekam ich die antwort

und "your country" wäre in meinem fall die schweiz. hab ich was nicht mitgekriegt? (auf jeden fall keine vorwarnung von eurobet)
wurden andere accounts auch gesperrt?

Also ich spiel sowohl über FTP als auch PartyPoker aus der Schweiz und hab keine Probleme. Aber bei ACC sind in Deutschland angemeldet.
