Default Legit question. Can \"they\" ever stop WU or MG deposits?

How can they stop these methods of deposits? Mods feel free to delete if this post is innopropiate due to the current nature of US deposits/withdrawals.

I don't think there are any ways to bring to a total stop, but there are many ways to keep the number of transfers to a minimum. Some of these possibilities include more thorough verification/documentation for overseas transfers, monitoring/blocking the names listed by gambling sites to be used for transfers, and WU/MG policy changed to alter how funds can be picked up.

I don't see it ever happening, but I suppose it's possible.

If "they" can stop Neteller, "they" can stop WU or MG.

All "they" would need to do is arrest the CEO of WU or MG, a la Neteller.

not quite NETELLER knowingly transferred money onto gambling sites while WU or MG is not KNOWINGLY doing it...they are sending they money offshore thousands of times a day and mostly for "legitimate" purposes....kind of like trying to block paper cheques, it is impossible to do since there are so many transactions 95% of which are legit.....NETELLER's business for 95% of it was for gaming purposes.....

Fair enough, you are right. We will always have WU/MG as a deposit method and there is no way that WU/MG can be stopped.

Ask Bodog. Might not be stopped but difficult to maintain it seems.

On rare occasions, WU does blacklist customers. Don't know what causes it though.

I'm sure this had to do with the large volume. Although MG/WU say "Do not use this for gambling purposes" it can only be to cover their ass. I can imagine a good chunk of their business is for under the table purposes.
