Link to strategy variations advice between MTT's & SNG's

Just looking for some good links to the major strategy differences between the 2 formats. Im just starting to get a solid winning record at the Stars single table tourneys (low stakes) but am struggling a bit at the 45s and 180's, where I am a net loser. Im not sure if its just variance but Im sure Im missing a lot of subtleties in adjusting strategy between the two. I have SNG power tools which has made a huge difference and have worn the covers of all volumes of HOH, which I obviously am not applying properly.
