Default Check withdrawal from Full Tilt

I sent 2 emails to cashier@fulltiltpoker.com requesting a check from them and got no response. Has anyone (US players) gotten a check from them? How did you go about asking for it? Thanks

I wonder what FTP is up to. I have had a minor problem with my account and during the last 3 weeks I have sent 4 e-mails and I'm not just getting answered.

It's really getting on my nerves. Has *ANYBODY* had any kind of contact with FTP like, the last month?

You don't email the cashier for check withdrawls if you're from the US anymore. They pretty much know that US players who only used NeTeller before d-day (and who didn't set up an alternative e-wallet account like ePass) are stuck withdrawing via check only, so all you need to do is fax a copy of your driver's license and a utility bill with your name/address to them to get it verified (the fax# and instructions are on their support page). Once you get the confirmation email saying that they got your info ok, you just click on the Cashier Button and punch in your withdrawl amount and they process it (no need to email the cashier). The check comes in about 14 days usually. Don't worry-- they're fully aware that as a US player you can't use NeTeller anymore as I got this reassurance from them 3 months ago when I asked:

"Please be assured that no withdrawals will be sent to your NETeller
account, as they are no longer accepting US transfers. We have recorded
checks as your preferred withdrawal option on your account and all
future withdrawals will be sent to you via check, unless you notify us
otherwise. To receive a check simply click on the cashier button, select
withdrawal and enter the amount. You will receive an automatic email
once your check has been processed."

Somewhat related, do you know if they can do checks in currencies other than US dollars like how Stars can? I want to take some out (live in UK), but the card I deposited on has since expired so can't charge it back to there. Also don't want to pay loads of bank fees for cashing a foreign check.

Did you email requesting a check or use the cashier?
