Default Simple preflop question

CO opens for 3-4bb, what are the weakest hands you call on the button with normal blinds ?

Edit: 100bb stacks, 20-25 vpip, 15-20 pfr tag who plays worse than you.

Very player dependent. My possible ranges vs bad, deep fish who opens a lot and vs a solid, slightly nitty TAG;
