Help with UB cashier

I just finished a session on UB. Looked at my cashier and it was lower then when i started the session.... And i was up 2 buyins on one table. MY poker tracker stats for some reason didn't come threw so I cannot check exactly how much I was up... but i know it was at least a 1 buyin winning session.

Is this possible that the cashier page takes a few minutes to update or is something else seriously wrong. I dont understand why pokertracker stopped importing my stats but my main concern is where is the money i won

been about 15 minutes... nothings changed... is this normal or am i pretty much screwed. Wut is really wierd is that non of these hands were imported to Pokertracker making me think something may be wrong.

my pokertracker shows that i played 8 hands during this sessison for -7 dollers. My cashier is shows that i am down 7 dollers. But i played about 400 hands in this session so I dont know wtf is going on but its like my last 392 hands never existed

Close UB, open it again and login. If it's still wrong email support.

so i guess ill email support..

hopefully they arent as imcompitent as everyone says.

a) I doubt ur Cashier is wrong
b) You don't have any proof to back up your claim
c) It will be within 24hrs..
d) Request your HH's from that night is about the only thing you can do, they're not gonna give you a free BI just b/c u THINK the cashier is wrong

Click the cashier and click deposit. There in the upper left you can live chat with someone in the cashiers office.
