Default FTP problems signing in

i was playing for a few hours and then ftp pops up a box saying i lost connection to the server and completely closes. when i tried to log back in, i get a box saying "waiting for permission to login", which i have never seen before. after waiting, another message comes up saying "the account you are attempting to access has denied your login" and im not able to login.

anybody ever have this happen to them or can explain this? thanks

I'm having the same problem right now. I got disconnected right when I was in the process of playing two pots where I had a decent amount invested and probably the best hand. A little bit annoying since I know its not a problem from my end. I sent support an email and I have yet to hear from them.

Are you talking about when we first signed up for full tilt and deposited? I've had mine probably close to two years.

If your talking about how long I had full tilt open before it disconnected it was about an hour.
