25NL - TPTK vs an interesting opponent

A short one today.
Villain is 7/4/oo over 100 hands, Flop/Turn/River AF is oo/oo/0. As you can imagine I would have been stealing his blinds left and right if it wasn't for the other villain in this hand, who kept on limping every hand. Still I made stabs against our villain whenever I saw an opening, was running 31/25/5 at this table and there's actually a slight chance he realized what I tried to do to him. Especially since he called an earlier raise from me with T8s, but he was on the button that hand, so that might have been just positional advantage with a speculative hand. On top of that I usually shut down on the turn when I encountered resistance, so I don't really believe he's playing back here.

Forgot to add that, is there a case for checking the turn? The c-bet was already a bit small, in retrospect the turn bet looks really half-assed and I'm actually wondering if checking the turn and then check-calling the river would have been a better line.
