My thoughts:
Villain has been fairly loose, but no PT numbers (at the time of play anyway). Min raise PF really doesn't mean much to me (should it?), and his call narrows his range down to AA-66 (could be even lower), AK-A8, Kx, Qx, (reasnoble kickers)... His flop bet again seems more like a probe bet, and when he calls I think it narrows it down to slow-played trips, a flush draw, Qx, AT, KT?

turn/river seems odd to me. He's been betting into me so far and now slows down, so I Don't think he has an ace since I think he would continue his betting (maybe he's trying to trap me, I don't know?) But it looks more like a weaker holding, and then all in bet on river seems really out of place?

please correct me wherever I am wrong, I am still trying to get better at narrowing ranges and such :S
