If you don't have the skill CTS has (I assume you don't), then I wouldn't look to emulate his numbers. As your skill and knowledge of the game increases, so does your range (successfully).

People continuously want to compare there stats and match numbers. What works for some doesn't for others....

'So are we really supposed to play 63s and stuff UTG?'

You are supposed to play any hand you feel you can exploit your opponent/s with. Stop looking for set rules and guidelines within ones range.

There's a cts well in the SSNL forum, he talks a bit about some of his ranges. I don't think he's ever just raising with complete trash judging from what he said there.

Its 4k hands from UTG. Either the sentence is wrong or we dont agree on what trash is.

Why should I not emulate one of the best out there ?
I playe weakier and my understanding is lower, so what ?
Isnt setting the same flop situations the best way to try to increase those ?

I remember CTS saying that raising AToff UTG is not an option. I think it was one of those well posts.
I just try to understand whats going on. Were the games so soft that you just played all that trash ? Lagging it up and experimenting ? Please explain

punter: making money in poker depends on you having a type of edge on your opponent. Here are some types of edges:
1) position
2) relative skill level between you and your opponent
3) hole card strength

thats the explanation

you should not emulate CTS's preflop range because you do not play like him post-flop.
