not quite sure when i want to fire again on turn for value or check for pot control with just over pair or tptk, specially in a 3bet pot. not sure what id ever get value from on turn.

There are flops and opponents where a check behind on the turn with kings is good after this preflop/flop action. This isn't one of those spot. He's going to show up here with all sorts of stuff you beat like QJs/KJs/AJ/99/T9s/AT/KQ plenty enough to make this turn a value bet.

Im taking a different line than most here. Vs this type of villan, he probably doesn't fold to many CB, but usually folds to a turn bet. I usually check behind on the turn and let them bet the river. This line vs certain villans has proved EXTREMELY profitable.

Pot control is a valid part of the game but NOT HERE. Bet and bet big there is a straight draw and a flush draw, make them pay for it. At least a PSB.

When I check behind vs this type of villan, it's not for pot control. These guys don't fold on the flop and usually fold on the turn. And they usually fire the river when you check the turn. It's a value check.

I guess u might get more value out of QQ and say AJ against certain villains by checking behind, but on that board against this particular villain I DEFINATLY want to just get it in.
