Beat: 19 with high cholesterol

Havent been to the doctors in about 3 years since graduating high school. Just go my blood results back, i have high cholesterol at age 19. doctor said i need to go on a low fat diet, [censored] that.

Don't know how, i'm only 155 lbs. and 6'4. i'm way too thin to have high cholsterol i believe. o well.

Some people claim going veg or even vegan will help with your cholesterol. I am not a doctor, so don't ask me. But look into it. I don't want to have a heart attack till I am at least 55.

you can eat "unhealthy" fat but yet remain skinny, if you like fat, eat less animal fat and more olive oil and those polysaturated fat, gives less cholesterol and still make you gain some fatness
