Default 200nl, how to play nut str8 against a donk OOP on river

I just sit down on the table, this is the first hand I played on the table. But his play looks donkish, I don't think he can have an over pair here. might be on a draw on the turn to play like that, kind lost on the river here as to what to do. what line would you guys take here?

Value bet.

Not sure what the question is? You can't check this with out a good read that the guy/gal will bet, if that is what your asking.

Yeah, value bet for sure. Just based on his tiny turn bet, it doesn't seem like check-raising to get another bet out of him will give you much value. I probably bet $50 right here, but I am interested in what others do. It seems like a 7 won't raise if you bet $50, but you could get more value from them than that. Also, a pair probably won't call $50 right here. So I guess I am curious if others bet more?

I mean how much to bet or just outright push hoping villain had a 7 there. his line confuses me and it's really hard to put him on a hand here.

He seems to be overcalling, so I'd bet at least 2/3 pot and hope he can't get away from his hand.
