Default Rivered straight on paired board

Villain is decent regular, tight but can be spewy at times. Stats are 19/13/2. He stacked me a couple orbits ago when he bet-3bet his bottom set vs my top two on a drawy board.
After that I've chipped up a bit by winning lots of small pots, mainly with preflop agression. He may think I'm getting a bit out of line with my 3-bets.
He calls my cbet, turn gets checked trough and I river my straight. What's my best river line here?

5/10, 6handed

SB (Hero): $1377
BB: $1095
UTG: $1445
MP: $3328
CO: $3500
BN (Villain): $2148

Hero has A K

3 folds, BN raises $40, Hero raises to $140, 1 fold, BN calls $100

Flop: J T T ($290)

Hero bets $205, BN calls $205

Turn: 4 ($700)

Hero checks, BN checks

River: Q ($700)

Hero... (~$1000 behind)

I'd make it ~450 and probably fold to a shove
