I hate these and never seem to know what to do. Usually i just bet out but it seems to result in loosing the most when behind and winning the least when ahead.

It is quite ragged, though, but a lot of people just peel any flop in steal situtations.

Difficult spot without a read but a lot of players will peel any2 on that flop so I think you can bet again.

thats a really dry board. If he's calling on the flop its probably because he has a pair, ace high, whatever. I wouldn't bet on the turn. C/f

You don't know what he's calling with. Check/fold is too weak and easily exploitable if your BB has any brains. I'll answer with your own line from another thread -
