Fold. This pot will in all likelihood become 3-way if you call, and QQ isn't very strong three-way. The likelihood of one of them having an overpair coupled with having non-paired aces/kings and then hitting on the flop makes this a not very desirable situation. Too many things can go wrong here. I would call with AA and *maybe* with KK, but not QQ.

Absent a read to the contrary I think I fold. You are not closing the action - so it is either push or fold. Buttons PFR% is quite low so you have to think his re-raise range is quite tight - JJ+, AK is my guess. SB can have anything. I look for a better spot.
