Default Axs in SB vs button raise

What do you do, call raise or fold? I tend to mix it up between calling and raising, maybe calling 80% of the time and raising 20%. I'm never folding unless the raise is bigger than normal.
Reason I ask is because I saw a post in the highstakes forum where someone had posted a hand where he had called PF in SB vs Buttonraiser with A3s and I think it was two respectable posters who said fold preflop wtf??!

Oh yeah, this is 2-4 and 3-6 NL I'm talking about. Lower than that I'll just repop it 100% of the time
