Default Flopped Bottom Set 300+BB Deep

Villain is 20/12, but I don't have many hands on him. He hasn't really been reraising pre at all especially out of position, so I'm pretty sure he has a monster preflop here. And he hasn't really check-raised the flop yet when he took the lead pre, he has for the most part led right out. Not sure how far this guy is taking AA or KK here.

How do you play this?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $722.60
Hero (BB): $650.75
UTG: $139.70
CO: $279.35
BTN: $97.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
Hero raises to $6.00, UTG folds, CO calls $6.00, BTN folds, SB raises to $30.00, Hero calls $24.00, CO folds

Flop: ($66) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $40.00, SB raises to $155.00, Hero?

i'd make it like $350 and call a shove. Obv QQ is a decent part of his range but i am never folding.

Hero has position.

I prefer 3-betting because I bet A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] are big parts of his range. As others have said he could have QQ here, too, but you can't fold.

I'm not folding this ever, if it's QQ then I'm prepared for that cooler, it wouldn't be the first time. I was only worried about figuring out how to get all my money in, while dragging along the hands I beat. In retrospect, I think the villain's check raise on the flop was a very good play. It completely turned the leverage around, now with the size of the bets, the pot, and the stacks, any 3-bet almost has to be a shove, and I'm afraid a 3-bet shove allows him an easy way out with AA and KK (assuming a decent opponent).
