I dislike how you played every street.

If he has anything that is made he won't fold if you raise here. If he has a draw he'll probably call if you raise, but fold the river. With UTG+1 all in and with your overcall on the turn he's not likely to bluff the river.

Put him all in. (a couple edits and back to original)

pf and flop are fine, with shallower stacks i would 4 bet preflop : i weak lead turn for around $100

as played i probably raise like $100 more on turn and shove any river

Based on stacks I was vacillating between raising turn and shoving river and shoving turn. Based on my limited nl live experience raising turn is probably better. Some people seem to do a lot of calling without a lot of thinking until someone says "all in", then they stop and think a bit.
